June 6th, 1944 D-Day

In honor of the 60th Anniversary of D-Day aka Operation Overlord (and my 34th birthday), I am releasing version 2.0 of my D-day scenario for Combat Mission called Big Red Omaha. This scenario has been completely redone using accurate maps and weapons lists for the Widerstandnesten (Reistance Nests) on the Fox Green area of Omaha Beach. This scenario recreates the assault by the 16th Regimental Combat Team of the 1st Infantry Division (The Big Red One) against the prepared positions of the Wehrmacht 716th Static Infantry Division at Fox Green sector, Omaha Beach on June 6th, 1944. The Overall, Axis and Allied briefings are also posted.
